The first trailer of ‘Agneepath’ is receiving tremendous response from the industrywallahs. The trailer, featuring Hrithik Roshan as Vijay Dinanath Chauhan and Sanjay Dutt as Kancha Cheena was released on facebook along with an event in Mumbai at the same time, has so far registered over 400,000 views on YouTube.

People are in complete awe of Hrithik’s angry young man look and Sanjay Dutt’s devilish bald get-up. The movie remains the same in heart but gets a complete new makeover. Movie buffs can’t stop singing praises about the look of the film. ‘Agneepath’ is riding high and high on interest and buzz. Though are many big releases, the buzz surrounding ‘Agneepath’ is not going to fizzle out soon.

“Agneepath – Brilliant trailer. Looks like a film that has had a perfect casting and it will take an earth-shattering opening…great intensity of Hrithik Roshan is evident in his performance and Sanjay Dutt looks truly terrifying,” trade analyst Komal Nahta posted on his Twitter page.

Actor-director Roshan Abbas wrote: “Blown away by the Agneepath trailer! Dharma (Productions) does things in a spectacular manner!”

Director Sujoy Ghosh was left smitten by Sanjay’s look as he wrote: “(I) saw Agneepath trailer. (I) was really apprehensive being a staunch fan…but this is good. This is new and exciting. Sanjay Dutt rules!”

To remake 1991 film that starred Amitabh Bachchan as Vijay Dinanath Chauhan was no mean feat, but when director Karan Malhotra expressed his desire to make it, producer Karan Johar gave green signal. Karan’s father the late Yash Johar, too, wanted to remake this film. The original received critical acclaim, but was a flop. Hope it’s not the destiny of the new ‘Agneepath’.
