Veena Malik has done it again! Though she is declining that she never posed without clothes for the photoshoot and will take a legal action against the magazine, her topless FHM cover has created a furore of sorts in her country Pakistan.
In fact, Pakistan’s Interior Minister Rahman Malik, who has not seen the pictures, has contended that if Malik had indeed done a “nude” shoot, ‘strict action’ would be taken against her. But there are many who are supporting Veena for her bold cover.
A daily reports a twitter post from filmmaker Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy which they say is the best response. Chinoy writes, “For all you clerics waiting to pounce on Veena Malik better have your excuses lined up about why you were looking at FHM in the first place!”
However, Veena Malik’s denial has come as a surprise to the FHM magazine. FHM India’s editor Kabeer Sharma says the image hasn’t been morphed and the actress fully participated in the shoot. “We have video footage of the shoot as well as emails from Veena about how she’s looking forward to the cover,” Kabeer Sharma is quoted as saying by BBC.
The Pakistani actress has sent a notice to Maxposure Corporate Media (India) Private Limited, Kabeer Sharma (Chief Editor, FHM Magazine) and photographer Vishal Saxena.
Veena has also asked her offenders to pay Rs 10 crore as monetary damages caused by the act. In the notice, Veena states that she has been “materially misrepresented”, “deceived” and “induced to take a photo shoot”.
FHM also released another hot photo of the cover to confirm that Veena indeed posed with no single cloth on her. Check out both the covers her
